Next week on Jan 20th is the Houston Marathon and Half-Marathon and here are the Elite Fields. I am more interested in the Half-Marathon as there are some fast guys and also really interesting to see how Jim Walmsley will do as he goes for a OTQ for the marathon via running the half, he needs to run 1:04.

Not running but if you run competitively as a master you still need to be aware of what you eat and ingest and more from Velonews that seems to help get a better picture than most the headlines do that are searching for clicks. Bottom line is you should be aware of what you eat no matter what and masters athletes are not immune from failed drug tests
