Speaking of lists here is one of the top trail and ultra movies for 2019
LetsRun.com ran a poll/contest for the race of the decade and it came down to Rudisha's 800M 1:40:91 WR in the 2012 Olympics and Kipchoge's 2:01:39 in the 2018 Berlin. While Kipchoge's run was great Bekele did get close but no one has been close to Rudisha's time and also while Kipchoge is great to watch how Rudisha won was not only amazing but a beautiful run as well - see below in videos.

4 Trails to run in South East Asia from an Asian, in English, online running magazine - RunSociety
Nice to see another team of distance runners, Tinman Elite out there with NAZ Elite and Hansons-Brooks competing with Nike. I am sure there are others but good to see this. That said the thing missing in the US is the club format that you find in European countries. Having run with one of these clubs it is a great format and gives opportunity to those leaving High School or College who may not be ready for the pros but want to progress. Even with these new teams there is still a huge gap possible great runners fall through - especially late developing ones.
While this was in a bicycle magazine once again diets lower in carbs are labeled "fads." The fact a "Fad" may be made out of a way of eating does not make the way of eating a fad or incorrect. Also, missing is even talk of lower carbs and fat adaptation which are not necessarily the same as the diets listed. Also, since most that run, or ride, are not racing and are running and riding at lower HR's, or should be, and are thus prime candidates for fat adaptation. They also seem to see things as all or nothing where if you train and eat Low Carb then you race that way and that is not necessarily true.

More talk about the Vaporfly. Will they, or another question is should they, end up being made illegal but interesting this article speaks about limiting the thickness of the midsole?
